Reservations
A deposit of 50% or 1 night’s stay, whichever is greater, is required to confirm reservations. A credit card is required at the time reservations are made. The deposit amount is charged immediately and a verbal confirmation number is given. Guests who wish to pay their deposit by check or money order must do so within 7 days or the reservation will be cancelled.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 15 days prior to arrival are subject to a 10% service charge. Cancellations made 15 days or less prior to arrival will only be refunded if the reserved room is re-sold. The refund will be subject to a 10% service charge. Late arrivals and early departures are subject to the above restrictions.
Directions
From west of Boston: (Worcester area, Springfield area, Upstate New York)
Take the Mass Pike or any route to I-495 South. I-495 becomes Route 25
(clearly marked with signs as it changes). On Route 25 take Exit 2 and continue
down Cranberry HWY. until you see the vertical lift bridge. We are on the left
just before the bridge.
From Boston:(1.5 Hours)
I-93 South to Route 3 South. At the Sagamore Bridge rotary (Do not go over
the bridge) take Route 6 West (Wareham / Buzzards Bay - first exit). Continue on
Route 6 West along the Cape Cod Canal. This will bring you to the rotary near
the Bourne Bridge, go half way around continuing on Route 6 which joins Route
28. Continue over Buttermilk Bay bridge and the hotel is on the right.
From New York, Connecticut and Providence, RI:
Take I-195 East to Exit 21 Wareham, Route 28-6, continue down Route 28 until you
see the vertical lift bridge off in the distance. We are on the left just before
going over the Buttermilk Bay bridge.
